Develop a 3-month marketing and growth roadmap aligned with the OKRs you set in the previous assignment. This becomes a working document you can present to your team or manager.

Instructions

Structure your plan across 3 months:

For each month, define 1–3 key initiatives. For each initiative, specify:

  • Initiative name — what you're doing
  • Owner — who's responsible (even if it's just you)
  • Expected outcome — the measurable result you expect
  • Which "P" it addresses — Planning, Priorities, People, Process, or Product

Example format:

Month 1: Launch referral program

  • Owner: Marketing Manager
  • Expected outcome: +100 net new sign-ups
  • Addresses: Product (building growth into the product experience)

Month 2: Optimize onboarding emails

  • Owner: Product Marketing
  • Expected outcome: Increase 30-day activation rate by 5%
  • Addresses: Process (repeatable onboarding workflow)

Month 3: Cross-functional alignment sprint

  • Owner: Marketing + Sales
  • Expected outcome: Reduce lead response time from 48hrs to 4hrs
  • Addresses: People + Process
